Payment and Cancellation Policy: It is the policy of plastic surgery Vallarta to collect 50% of the
anticipated cost of the procedure(s) when confirmation is made of the date of the surgery. Upon arrival to Puerto Vallarta during the consulation with Dr. Carlos, the remaining 50% is due.

We do not accept any credit cards. The initial
payment is due via wire transfer and the remaining payment in Puerto Vallarta is payable in cash or traveler's checks.

If cancellation is necessary by the patient, if it
occurs prior to two weeks before the surgery, 50% will be refunded, within two weeks of the surgery there is no refund.
